About Us
BODY N BALANCE was born for those who don’t feel comfortable in a traditional gym. We are more of a cardio fitness center geared mainly toward weight loss & cardio strength. Our methods of staying in shape consists of:
- Yoga & Pilates (not always available)
- Kickboxing
- Cardio step
- Total body toning
- Circuit training
- Boxing drills
- Abs & stretching
Also offered 2X monthly---boot camp, taught by U.S.M.C. Staff Sgt. James Reynolds. It is guaranteed to make you sweat!
For those of you that feel you need more of a one-on-one, we also offer personal training for an additional charge.
The staff at BODY N BALANCE is both qualified & very motivating---thus making it easy for you to keep coming back! After all, you won’t get in shape sitting on your couch!
Our memberships are of the “mix & match” variety. You can try out any/all of the classes we offer and see what you like best. Yet another way we make it easy for you to keep coming back!
