ABS & STRETCHING: This class is just as it sounds. We work the entire abdominal region as well as showing you various stretching techniques to help keep you limber and injury free.


STRICTLY KICK: 45 min
A shorter more condensed version of our BOX & BUFF class. None of the lunges, push ups or abdominal work here…just the fat blasting, heart pumping cardio kickboxing you've grown to love! * 25 minutes shorter than our BOX & BUFF class…if you are short on time ;)

CARDIO CIRCUIT DRILLS - 2 minute cardio drills with very little rest. Good class if you are trying to work on your endurance! All areas of abs worked in 2 minute intervals as well... not as easy as it sounds.


FIT BALL - Core and strength training with a fit ball. Great ab workout!


HIC- IT - High Intensity Cardio Interval Training. About an hour of timed instructed high cardio/plyo mix. I've incorporated my experience with military training, sports training and fire academy training in this workout.


CIRCUIT TRAINING: Training done in 2-3 minute intervals. Including kickboxing drills, cardio, weights, core stability, pushups & ab work all squeezed into a little over an hour! (gloves recommended)


GAMS, BUTTS & GUTS (lower body): Just as it sounds! This is a toning class that targets all leg muscles, the "rear view" and everyone's trouble spot--- abdominals! This one really works the lower body!


CARDIO STEP: An upbeat class full of energy--music to get your toes tapping and various routines to get that heart pumping! It is said that a 1 hour class burns over 600 calories!! (Note: Classes with 6 people are "double" step automatically--DOUBLE the fun!)


BOXING DRILLS: A smaller concentrated class focusing on boxing moves ( bag) and one on one sparring---you against instructor. Abdominal work and pushups integrated throughout.


TOTAL BODY BLAST: A head-to-toe high rep workout with light weights & little rest. This class won't pack on the bulky muscle but it sure will tone you up & build endurance! (need 3 & 5 lbs.)

NOTE: TOTAL BODY PLUS - extended class, with extra cardio and abs (1.5 hours)


BOX & BUFF: Cardio kickboxing for the best of them! Approx. 50 minutes of a high cardio workout that combines various kicking & punching movements followed up with concentrated ab work.


AWESOME ARMS & ABS: This class hits EVERY area of the arm! All three parts of shoulders, 3 parts of triceps, all parts of the bicep & forearm. Finished up with moves to tighten & tone that mid section!!
