Classes & Training

At BODY N BALANCE, we offer a variety of classes to fill your fitness needs. Whether you are looking to drop a few pounds, add a little muscle to your frame, or just relax and give your body a good stretch--we are confident that you will find something to your liking. This is why we offer mix & match class packages. You can take any class we offer on any day we offer it. YOU decide when you come, not US!

BOXING DRILLS / CIRCUIT TRAINING: Training done in 2-3 minute intervals. Kickboxing drills, cardio, weights, core stability, pushups & ab work all squeezed into 1 short hour! (gloves recommended)

GAMS, BUTTS & GUTS: Just as it sounds! This is a toning class that targets all leg muscles, the "rear view" and everyone's trouble spot--- abdominals! This one really works the lower body! BODY BLAST: A head-to-toe high rep workout with light weights & little rest. This class won't pack on the bulky muscle but it sure will tone you up! (need 3 & 5 or 10 lbs.)

CARDIO STEP: An upbeat class full of energy--music to get your toes tapping and various routines to get that heart pumping! It is said that a 1 hour class burns over 600 calories!!

BOOT CAMP: This class is on Thursday nights @ 6pm. 2x a month it is a boot camp class (taught by a real U.S.M.C. S.Sgt. ) and it will make you sweat! On MOST alternating weeks we offer a random class in this time slot. Call for info. OR check class calendar.

TOTAL BODY BLAST : A head-to-toe high rep workout with light weights & little rest. This class won't pack on the bulky muscle but it sure will tone you up & build endurance! (need 3 & 5 lbs.)

KICK BOX: Cardio kickboxing for the best of them! Approx. 50 minutes of a high cardio workout that combines various kicking & punching movements followed up with concentrated ab work.

CARDIO BLITZ: A combo of cardio drills combined with weight training moves. Always working 2 or more body parts at once! (need 3 & 5 lbs.)

Individualized workouts-- available in blocks of 4 (or more) 1 hour sessions. We do everything!! Tailored to your specific needs. By appointment only. Call for scheduling & prices. Discounts available.

BODY N BALANCE is a fitness center based solely around classes & personal training. We don't have all of the big equipment that many seem to find intimidating. Some people like a "traditional" gym while others don't feel comfortable in that environment. Here we focus on keeping a friendly qualified staff that will motivate members & keep them coming back. Let us help you reach your fitness goals--- whatever they may be!
