Walk ins are welcome...however we recommend that you create an account online & register for your classes.
Reason: we have a class minimum and IF we don't reach it, class is canceled. IF we don't "know" you are coming we can't put you in the head count for class. ( 4 minimum for week days--- 5 minimum for Sat or specialty classes.) - 1 no call no show = 1 class taken (regular memberships) AND 3 no call no show = 1 week off exp date (unlimited memberships)
- You must cancel yourself (online) 1 hr. in advance (boxing drills states 30 min, but it IS 1 HR.) to give notice to next person waiting--one day that person waiting, could be you.
ALSO IF YOU are on "waitlist" you must check your email or website to see if you moved up.. if you move up & don't come...that is equal to 1 class. - Weekly sign up begins every Wednesday at 6:00 a.m.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
--- 10 lb weights required for MEMBERS CHOICE CLASS (everyone) & for all members that have been here 6 mo+ (all toning classes)
--- Yoga mats are required for Yoga.
--- Stability balls are required for Floor & Core class -
PARKING: 2 spots under back awning (with parking permit) OR street (no permit necessary.)

Features/Requirements:
- All cancellations must be done by you (via website). You may cancel online up to 30 minutes before class without being charged (a class) unless noted otherwise.
Registration
- When registering, please use your first initial and (full) last name
Example: LNash as your user ID and YOUR email address. The password is up to you. - You will recieve an activation email after registering, This could take up to an hour, Web admin will also activate your account during this initial phase, You will be able to login after your account is activated!
Although it will take a bit to get used to this new feature, please try and get accustomed to this as quickly as possible. I am looking forward to the new format, so I can focus more on training you and keeping the classes fresh and challenging, rather than balancing the sign ups & cancellations.
Note: When the transition phase is over to this new feature, there will no longer be a “sign up book”. ALL sign ups and cancels will be managed strictly by you…via website.
